Director of Hiperpile

Stuart Norman is Director of Hiperpile. While leading Keltbray’s Piling division in 2019, he identified the opportunity for a next‑generation thermal energy pile, launching the concept that became Hiperpile.

In 2025, Hiperpile was awarded the ICE London Brunel Medal for low‑carbon innovation, recognising its position as a leading whole‑life carbon solution. Stuart has delivered major UK infrastructure and commercial projects, including Silvertown Tunnel, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and 8 Bishopsgate, and has led pioneering sustainable engineering initiatives, including the UK’s first ultra‑low‑carbon concrete foundations at Canada Water.

Senior Engineer

Matthew is a Chartered Engineer with over ten years’ experience in geotechnical engineering and construction. He joined Keltbray’s design team, leading the design and pre‑construction of major piling and basement schemes.

Over the past two years, he has taken a leadership role within the Hiperpile team, heading the geotechnical and geothermal technical group and driving the integration of Hiperpile technology across projects in the UK and the Middle East. He also leads the FPS carbon metrics working group, supporting the development of industry‑wide carbon‑reduction strategies.

Director

Craig is a highly experienced structural engineer who has led the design and construction analysis of some of the world's most complex stadium, airport, and high-rise projects. With a career spanning multiple continents, he has peer-reviewed the design and constructability of many of the tallest towers across the Middle East, Europe, and America.

Head of Communications & Marketing

Kelly has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and communications, working across a wide range of sectors including oil and gas, luxury goods, fashion, and construction and engineering. She has held roles within both SMEs and large corporates, including Shell, Mappin & Webb and Watches of Switzerland.

Kelly joined Keltbray in 2024 as Head of Communications, where she leads marketing and communications across the Keltbray Group. HiperPile operates as a specialist sub‑brand within the Group, benefiting from this strategic oversight and alignment.
